From January 2005-March 2007, Mary worked as a Senior Loan Processor and Customer Service Representative for a new loan processing start-up company in Millbrae, California which is primarily involved in the processing and pre-underwriting loan service for small to large mortgage companies. In addition to Mary’s responsibilities as a senior loan processor and customer service representative, she provided assistance in training new loan processors.

Mary holds a real estate license and earned certificates in Loan Processing and Loan Underwriting from the American School of Mortgage Brokers (ASMB). Meanwhile, she has her own business as a Loan Singing and Notary Service Agent.

Mary has always been involved in a back-up position with many associate senior loan consultants assisting and advising them on loan structuring and processing.

In addition to Mary’s experience in the industry, she is very knowledgeable about the different lenders’ programs and products as well as the challenges of the mortgage loan processing and originating.
